This is a reminder that in observance of the UCLA Winter Holiday Closure, the Office of Contract and Grant Administration (OCGA) will close at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, and will reopen at 8:00 AM on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Please note that in the weeks immediately prior to curtailment, OCGA usually has an increased volume of proposal submissions and other transaction requests. We will review proposals and transactions in order of date received. Please be advised of the following deadlines to ensure review prior to the winter closure:
- Proposals with submission deadlines between Tuesday, December 23rd, 2025 and Monday, January 5th, 2026 must be submitted to OCGA by Tuesday, December 16, 2025 to ensure submission.
- All other transactions should be submitted by Wednesday, December 17, 2025 to allow for review prior to winter closure.
For urgent issues that arise during winter closure that could not have been reasonably anticipated prior to closure, please email OCGAUrgentRequest@research.ucla.edu. Emails to this inbox will be periodically assessed and responded to accordingly.
