Given the challenging circumstances facing our community, we want to share that many Federal sponsors have long standing policies related to the late submission of proposals due to the impact of a natural disaster. In such cases, if possible, we encourage faculty to reach out to their program officers prior to the deadline to make them aware the proposal will be late. OCGA will include a cover letter with the proposal confirming the reason for the late submission. Please reach out to the assigned OCGA reviewer and/or Kathy Kawamura (kathy.kawamura@research.ucla.edu) if you or your PI have any questions. We will do our best to assist you with the information available during this time.
